Broken Seaway Pivot bar

Question

After I take out the screw holding what is left of the pivot bar, I cant get  the rest out as it is under the frame and cannot be seen. Any ideas?   Thanks   Jim P

Thanks for posting, Jim. You will have to remove your sash before trying to take out the pivot bar.
