Broken Shoe for Titl Window Balance

A handy person from greensboro, nc says:
The part that is broken on the bottom reads PAT#4810108 (or could be #4610108), the metal balance says 28C BSI TH and the channel appears to be about 15/15 wide.

The balances themselves appear to be working, not sure if I need to replace them as well or if I can replace only the shoes.

Hello! Please see our 15-195. If all you needed was the shoe then I feel confident that this will work for you.

Just note that when the shoe fails like this, it's usually a sign the balance isn't far behind. Could be months, could be years. Just something to keep in mind.

Thank you, we replaced both shoes yesterday and it seems to be working.
