Broken Simonton Window Balancer

I have multiple Simonton windows with a broken balancer. Could you please recommend the part based on pictures. I took working one out to take the pics. It also says Omega part number, #4,5 33" on the coil.

We should definitely be able to help you with these parts. Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-111, which is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil balance. As long as your old spring is also 1/2" thick then you should be good to go. You can also reuse your old cover.
