Broken Sliding Door Handle

Attached picture is of the broken handle and the other picture is what it looks like on the other side of door.
Our building maintenance guy told me he thought the part was a SL3413 ASSW-NL , whatever that is. No manufacturer or number anywhere. It's sort of a beige color.

It appears to be 3 15/16" or so between screw holes.

Here is better picture of handles on a door that isn't broken.. Please note that the handles when installed jut and and face the left side as you look at them. If you try and use most universal handles, they face toward the right and bang into the wall when closing and do not allow you to close the door at all. And you can reverse the handle as the locking mechanism is on the lower part of the handle. When I looked at the handles they seem to have the word WIPI on the inside?

Most door handles are reversible, even when they have a fixed thumb lever like yours. You can usually unscrew the pull from the base and flip it around. I actually can't think of any patio glass door handle that only comes in left and right; they are designed to work for either side as a rule. All that said, it's definitely not a concern with the 82-030 since the thumb lever is adjustable.

As for the mortise lock, yours looks like a match for the 82-218. As long as yours is still working then there's no need to replace it.

The problem is that the locking lever is not located in the middle of the handle So it doesn't line up correctly. Its closer to the bottom of the handle.

The thumb lever on our 82-030 is adjustable, meaning it can fit in the top, middle, or bottom hole as needed.
