I believe I have a broken spring balance [see attached photo]. This is from a CertainTeed window. I will get the weight of the window, yet, I am wondering if you would be able to point me point point me in the direction of a part number.

Looks like only the pivot shoe is broken. You may be able to get away with just replacing that. See our 15-180 for a possible match.
