Broken Swisco Coil Balance

My customer has 2 broken coil balance glides. Attached is a picture. Can you please tell me the exact part needed to replace both the left and right coils.

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-111, which uses the S160 coil springs (sold separately). If you need a new spring support, see the 15-150S.

It's a bit hard to say, but it looks like the coil band might say 5.5. If that's the case, please see the S160-05 5.5-pound spring.
