Hi Team,
We have a broken tension boot part that I was hoping you could identify and advise regarding a replacement. The window is a double-hung vinyl replacement window that is about 15 years old. I do not know the manufacturer. I attached 2 pictures...1 of the broken metal "U" shaped boot piece and 1 of the boot part on the other side of the window. The broken "U"shaped boot piece slides in and out of the coil balance part. What would you recommend and/or do you need additional information?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The part in your photos is called a pivot shoe and I'm afraid it's too obscured by the track to identify. We will need you to remove it in order to help. See the video we've posted below on how to do so using the cutout method.
