Broken Top Sash

I have top shash that is broken and as the result, the balance would not stop. This part screws in on top of both side of the window. I am enclosing the picture and dimension.

Thank you for helping me identifying the part.

Judging by your images, I would recommend that you take a look at our 18-009 Top Sash Guide. However, it's important that you compare the installation hole measurements to those of your sample.
