Hi Folks,
- Window is 45" w x 29.5 h, double pane
In Aug 2019 ordered two of the 28" SERIES 390 CHANNEL BALANCE
Product Code: S390-28. They have been working great. Recently, the right top channel guide broke - please see pictures. Included a picture of the left side with the guide in place.
Broken part is 5/8 " w and 1/2 " deep.
Can you please help with the following:
1/ Do you carry the replacement part?
2/ While I have the window out, should I replace anything else besides both channel guides?
3/ The window fits tightly in the frame. Two years ago, I got it out the first time successfully (with some struggling). The second time I shattered the outside pane in the process. So had a local window company replace the glass and install the channel balances from you. Any advice on removing the window?
Thank You!

Hello! We should be able to help with this top sash guide, sine we sell a ton, but I cannot make out what you have from these photos. We will need to see an undamaged version out of the window. Specifically I need to see it from the front and side, like a mug shot. Written dimensions would also be a huge help of course.
As for removing the window, the video below will show you exactly how we do it, step by step.

Thanks Tom!
Unfortunately, my window does not simply lift out like the video shows. I will need to follow up on this at a later date, when the weather is warmer/dryer - in the event the window is broken again removing it.
Will be in touch once I can do this.
Please have a wonderful and safe Holiday season!
Best,
Ray
