Broken U shape pivot bar

We would like to replace a broken pivot bar for our window. We're unable to find any manufacturer info on the bar. Any help would be appreciated!

You pivot shoe is similar to our 15-211 shoe and I believe the pivot bar is our 26-297 that goes with this shoe.
