Broken U shaped metal pivot

Metal U shaped pivot part in the shoe is broken. Can you help identify what part or shoe is needed to replace/Repair? Thank you

I think we can, yes! This pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-208. Look it over and see what you think.

Do you know if the 15-208 worked for them? Not sure where you would clip the rope to.

I'm afraid they never got back to me as to the 15-208's efficacy, but I am still confident that this is the right part. The hook clips onto the top right or left hand corner of the shoe itself; you'll note a small gap that gives the hook enough clearance to hold securely.
