I need to replace the left side latch on the lower sash of Thermal Industries/Windows, I need the left side, and would like to order a spare pair (right and left) as well. Thermal has horrible customer service, took almost two years to get a sash replaced. Let me know the part numbers and cost, thanks in advance.

Hi there Robert. Your latch looks very similar to a great deal of our latches. In order to guide you to the right direction o f a replacement latch, we would need to know the length of your latch, as well as the distance between screw holes, and an additional photo of what the "tooth" of the latch looks like. From there, I am sure we can find what you need.
