Tom from SWISCO responded:
According to our records, you have inquired about this part twice before. As we said in response to your previous two inquiries, this is an S380-27 or S385-27 balance, and you need to measure to tell the difference.

When you take a photo of a tape measure next to the part, the tape measure is not equally far from the camera as the part is. This means that perspective causes the part to appear smaller or larger, and the measurement changes slightly. A tape measure cannot be read accurately from a photo, let alone for such a tiny difference as 1" versus 1-3/32".

Measure like this, and pick S380-27 if your shoe is 1" deep, or S385-27 if your shoe is 1-3/32" deep.
