We have Jeld Wen double hung, I believe, residential windows installed in 2013. This is a triple window in family room. The cable and hardware to this window is missing on both ends I guess since we took possession of this home 2 years ago. We noticed this upon cleaning all windows. Maybe I can repair with the parts or I'll have someone to do. Please advise. Thanks

It sounds like you might be referring to the balance, but I'm not sure. Would it be possible to see photos of the hardware in question? If it is the balance, seeing the complete assembly removed would be the most helpful. We carry a wide selection but it is by no means exhaustive, so seeing as much of the part in question will be helpful in narrowing down the list of possible replacement options.
