Broken Window Channel Balance

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 31-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check this to be safe.
What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

Thank you for the heads up. I did another measurement and indeed, metal portion of the channel measures 31 11/16". I will go ahead and place the order. Thank you for the quick response!

They should be fine. I ordered some replacement balances from Swisco a couple of months ago and they were a custom fit as well. They worked perfectly. I have confidence that these will work as well.

The balances arrived yesterday. I know that there was a concern that they may not fit since they are an oddball size. The new ones fit perfectly and they were to the exact measurements as the broken one. Excellent work by the staff of Swisco! Very much appreciated!
