Broken Window Coil Balance

Hello - I was pointed towards your company as being the very best one that could help. I've got an upper left window (when looking outdoors) broken coil balance. I don't see any writing on the part itself. The bottom of the balance split, allowing the circular part which allows the window to hindge inward for cleaning to fall somewhere. (Can't find it.) Looks like I could use a new boot & just keep everything else, if the parts are still available. I've added some measurements in the pictures & can tell you that the windows were originall installed in 2007. Thankful for any help you can send our way!

Thanks so much for your patience during this busy season. We sell the individual components of this roller assembly separately. See our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 cover, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring.

Assuming the only thing that's damaged is the shoe, then our 15-180 should be fully compatible with all your old components. That's the best part of this kind of balance assembly, they're very adaptable in that way.
