Broken Window Hardware

A quick learner from Little Falls, MN says:
The up and down hardware is broken on the right side of the window as shown in the first picture. The second picture shows you what it should look like. What would I need to fix this?

The part in your pictures is called a pivot shoe. Yours in particular appear to match our 15-134, but look it over and see if you agree. I'll share its specs below.

If you also needed the balance, then yours is very likely our Series 900. Just check to ensure that the tube diameter is 3/8".
