Broken Window Part on casement window - cannot tightly close or lock window

Not sure of which replacement part or parts that we need to repair this window. Mounting holes on this bracket are either 15/16th of an inch or 1 inch approx. Two of them are broken.

Hey, Tom. Looks like you need a new tie bar guide. Your exact style isn't made anymore but our 39-417 should work well as a replacement. I know it looks different but this was made to replace your exact part. See what you think.
