Broken Window Part on casement window - cannot tightly close or lock window

A home owner from Cedar Lake, IN says:

Not sure of which replacement part or parts that we need to repair this window. Mounting holes on this bracket are either 15/16th of an inch or 1 inch approx. Two of them are broken.
