It looks like you need new tilt latches and coil balances. Start by taking a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. Remove an undamaged latch and compare our dimensions to yours to see how they match up. 

As for your coil balance, we'll need you to remove an undamaged pivot shoe, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
