I believe this is from Soft-lite window. Imperial Elite model

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 26-398 and 26-405 Pivot Bars. Both look similar to yours, but please compare and let me know if either is what you need.

It is actually Soft-Lite Barrington Series

That's unfortunately not a brand that I'm familiar with. Most pivot bars, yours included, are generic parts that aren't tied to any brand in particular. With that in mind, finding the best replacement comes down to physical details. You will need to check your measurements to those above to verify the best option.
