Broken Window balance

Question

Hi. Time to replace this balance and maybe more. This is for a non-tilt 1/2 inch wide channel balance. The length of the balance not including the ends is 34 inches.
The number stamped on the balance is 3311.
This is for a lower sash.
Two balances per sash. No other names or stamps visible.

Perhaps a S350-34?

I noticed that 3311 isn't a purchase option. How might this be different from a 3310?

I agree that our S350-34 is the right balance, but I'm not sure about that stamp option. I've never seen 3311 before. I highly recommend weighing your sash on a scale and referring to the chart we have on the S350-34 store page. I have a feeling you might need our 3365 option, which carries sashes weighing 35 through 39 pounds.
