Broken Window coil and balance

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello,

I'm hoping you can help! I have 5 windows in my home that are all jammed and can't be moved. They all seem to broken or jammed coils. I'm not 100% sure. Here are some picture of the coils.

A home owner from USA says:
I pulled out the other pivot bar from the other side of the window, and I believe I've tracked them down to be "Rounded End Pivot Bar, 2-7/8" Product Code :26-405. The measurements match. And adding an additional photo of the full bar.

Also I pulled one of the Coil Balances and attached another photo.

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you have the Series 161 coil balance assembly. I also agree with the pivot bar that you picked out. You should be good to go as long as the specifications match up!

We don't sell a replacement for the rollers, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
