Broken Window lock

A quick learner from Inlet Beach, Fl says:
I rent my home out & found out from another renter the window won?t lock. I?m in Colorado & house is in Fl. Can you tell from my attached photo what is wrong?

I'm not sure what the issue may be. Nothing is physically damaged in the picture you're showing me. It's possible that the lock, for whatever reason, isn't staying locked. Is the lever loose? If so, then replacing the lock altogether ought to fix your problem. See our 90-005 for my recommendation.

If that's not the issue, then I'll need you to go into more detail as to exactly why this part isn't working.
