Broken arm

Question

One of the posts broke, and the arm is no longer attached. The arm that broke has Truth 30746 on it. With one shot of the upper arm that is not broken.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new hinge assembly. The bad news is that we don't sell anything that matches this design.

Before we go any further, can you tell me the length of the base track? That would be the track that screws directly to the sill (at the bottom) or the header (at the top). While we don't sell an exact match for this assembly, we do sell similar sizes that you may want to consider as alternatives.
