Broken arm on window latch

Question

The label on the latch says 'Truth'. My window is 47" high X 28" wide. The latch is the right hand side window. It is locked now and I cannot open it.

I'm not sure what to recommend for the lock in your picture. There could be a few possibilities, but it depends on your specific dimensions. See the list of hardware I made on the right side of this page for a list of possible replacement options.
