Broken assembly part.

Question

Hello - trying to identify window part. Broken u shaped piece in the bottom of the right side track. Looks like a circular piece that fits inside it is missing. Found the name Guardian on the glass (see pic). Home was built about 1996 or later. Can you help identify?

This part is called a pivot shoe. Yours is an older model that isn't made anymore but I'm confident that one of our modern versions can work.

Before I recommend anything, you need to remove the original from the window and carefully measure the width and thickness. Then, kindly write out those measurements in your response to me. That will allow me to find an adequate replacement.
