Your balance shoe is the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. It is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. Since this coil is marked with a 9, you'll need the S160-09 to replace it. The compatible cover is the 15-150S Coil Single Support.
