Broken balance

Question

I want to order a new balance for my windows. Measurements: width is around 34, and the height of the window is around 58, each sliding part being around 29 inches tall. One website told me to buy PEACHTREE ARIEL 25-1/4-4 CHANNEL BALANCE, 3660 NON-TILT WINDOW. I?m wondering if that is correct and if the spring is broken, does ordering a balance solve my problem or do I need to order springs??

For a 3660 Peachtree window, I recommend our S745-26 Peachtree channel with a stamp of 25.25-4. This has a 26-1/4" long metal channel. Look it over and see what you think.
