Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you confirm the length and width of the metal channel? Does your balance attach at the top of the window with a screw or some sort of clip? Additionally, how many balances are you looking to order?

27" long and it attaches with a clip. I'll need two to four.

Thanks for getting back to us. We'll still need to confirm the width of your balance channel, as well as the type of clip used for installation at the top of the balance. I suspect it could be an S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030.
