Broken balance

I have a window balance that broke. It's printed with "26 4 DX CMC 11".  I don't know it's series nunber

Hello there. See the S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2640.
