Broken balance catch on window

I am looking for this part for my windows. I installed all the balances that I bought from you but there was a broken part omen the window so the window cannot catch the balance after I installed the lower window

I believe you have an MI window, which commonly uses the 18-200 top sash guide. Review the specifications below to confirm if they match your original guide. Thanks for posting.
