Broken balance channel pulley

Question

I need to replace a R balance channel on a double hung Republic window in my home.  Photos of the lower and upper ends are uploaded.  The length is 26" and "26D" is stamped on the part.

Hello! We can supply this balance. This appears to be a very close match to our Series 770, but it appears that yours installs at the top using a hook, rather than a screw.

We can still make this balance for you but it has to be a custom order, since that's not a standard configuration. What we would do is install a rivet at the top end of the balance. That will allow you to reuse your old hook to install it in the same spot. Does that sound good to you?
