Broken balance coil

Hello, I am looking to replace my balance coil and don't know the maker of windows or the size needed to replace the item pictured above. Can you help?

Sure. We can help you with this. Starting off with your pivot shoe, our 15-180 should do the trick. You will also need the 15-186 clip and 15-182 bushing in order to complete your coil spring system. For the coil itself, the Series 190 seems to be a match. You will just need to get the stamped number on the coil in order to pick the appropriate spring for your window.
