Broken balance shoe

A quick learner from Rochester, NY says:
I have 2 broken shoes. I've enclosed pictures of both of the shoes along with the balance. What replacement shoe do I need and also how do I get the shoes out of the window.? Below is the window information on the window sticker.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Tim. Looks like your window uses 15-195B T-lock shoes. You can remove them by twisting them so that they face vertical, which will let them slip out. This video shows the same maneuver, but with a slightly different shoe. Same process. It's a little tougher without a channel attached. You may need a pair of grips.

A quick learner from Rochester, NY says:
Ben, Thank you very much. I just ordered the shoes and we will see how it goes.
