Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the pivot shoes shown in your photos. We may be able to supply a workaround but we'll need more information to confirm. First, please write out the exact width and thickness fo your pivot shoe. We'll also need to see photos of the coil springs and an intact pivot bar that engages with your shoe uninstalled to determine if any of our parts would work with your original hardware.
