Broken balance shoe

I need to replace a broken balance in my window. Attached are the photos. Please let me know which part should I order?

You'll need the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe to replace the shoe in this assembly. It is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance. For instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option, take a look at the tutorial tagged below this thread.

The coils are attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw, and are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and15-182 Balance Bushing.
