It's a shame. The company that made your pivot shoe has been out of business for some time now.
I believe that coil spring is screwed to the side of the shoe, right? If so, you can use the 15-180 pivot shoe as a replacement. As well, your pivot bar looks like our 26-272. If you check the measurements and it's the right size, then you will need to file down some of the "T" to fit into the new pivot shoe. It should still be relatively easy.
