Thanks for posting. Please confirm that your metal channel is 27". If so, please see our S770-27. You will need a stamp option of 27E. Let us know if you have any questions.

OK, thanks for confirming that. In that case, the metal channel is probably 28"--the metal is likely just a bit bent from age--and so you want to see our S770-28 instead. In this case you can't rely on the stamp code on your balance. What you should do instead is weigh your window sash. You can then match that precise weight with one of the stamp options listed on the product page. Many thanks.
