Need to verify if this is a 7# balance spring. The marking looks more like a letter L than a 7 the spring appears to be 15/32" wide and the center of the hole spacing is 3/4" I do not see any markings on these windows to indicate manufacturer they are vinyl single hing tilt windows.
The spring attaches to a clear bracket 16-030.
