Broken balancer

I know this company is out of business but I was hoping you could cross reference this with a product you make.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. However, I'm afraid the stamp isn't a part number or identifier. Could you remove an undamaged balance from the window? We'd like to see close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings.

I'm not sure yet on how to remove these from my window frame. I sent a picture of the top and bottom.

Thank you! This is a strange setup. I'm not sure if we'll have a suitable replacement, but we'll need additional information to confirm. Can you show us a photo of the balance removed from the window? We specifically need to see the bottom shoe and top fitting since it's too obscured by the window track. You should be able to unscrew the clip in the first photo, pull, tilt the balance toward you to about 90 degrees, and then twist the bottom portion to remove it.

Additionally, can you confirm the length of the metal channel?
