Broken balancers

I'm afraid I can't make out your balance assembly from these photos. In order to help, I'll need you to remove one of your assemblies from the window in its entirety. We especially need to see the pivot shoe. 

Please make sure that the assembly you show us is as undamaged as possible. If too much is broken off or missing then we can't help.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-111, which is designed to be used with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. You should get the thickness of your old springs just to confirm this is correct, though.

I assume based on your last few photos that you also want a new tilt latch. Is that correct? If so, see our 26-243 and 26-244.
