Hello, I pulled two of my broken balances off. One has a code C2650, and the other says C26SP835 (I think). The channel measures 27" long and the window weighs 30 lbs. Will you advise which balance part number I should order?
Thanks
Larry

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we will need to see photos of both of your balance stamps, as well as the top and bottom fittings to compare to our inventory. We'd also like to see the metal clip attached to the pulley cord that is used for installation and we can go from there. Thank you!

Hello, Attached are pictures of two of my broken balances. They are from different windows, but the windows are the same size and weight. The balance frames are 27" long. The windows are tilt-in type and weigh 30 lbs. I think I need your part number S770-27E. Would you agree?
Thanks,
Larry

Thanks for getting back to us. I agree that your photos look like a match to the S770-27. I would recommend weighing your window sashes and following the chart under the balance product description to confirm the correct strength option for your replacements.
