Any new info on the type of balance I have?

Hello, Paul. We may be able to supply this balance, but there are a few details that we need you to clear up for us before we can make a recommendation.
To start, can we see an undamaged version of that bottom plastic shoe removed from the window? It's a bit too damaged and obscured for us to accurately make it out.
Second, can you please show me a clear photo of the hole in the window frame where that top balance hook installs?
