Broken balances - need to identify.

I have 3 windows with all of the balances long gone. The metal part is 29 inches. They have a number stamped on the bottom starting with 2830 (the two I took out were 28300 and 2830Z

Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us. From your photos, it looks like your top plastic attachment has a wing shape coming off the sides while your bottom plastic attachment looks non-winged. If this is the case, you can go for our S395-29. Once you've confirmed this is correct, you can select the 2830 stamp option that corresponds with the weight of your window.
