Our 26-360 pivot bar looks like it would be a good match for your For your Vision 2500 window. For the balance system, we don't have this exact type but we do have one that's similar. 

We sell the components separately: see our 15-252 dual support, Series 160 coil spring, and 16-032 top mounting clip.
