Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like it might be either the 15-220 or 15-218, depending on the dimensions. Remove your old one and compare to see what matches best.

Bob the 15-220 looks the part. Nor sure how to actually remove it since it's in a channel. However I used a gage and it's seems to be correct.

We do not have explicit instructions covering this balance setup since these widows have not been made in some time. To our knowledge, removing the jamb liner entirely from the window to slide the shoes out of the end and install the new hardware would be the best way to go. Please note that partial disassembly of the window frame may be necessary, so you may want to enlist the help of a local professional if you're not confident wth this level of deconstruction.
