Broken bottom thingy, causes sliding door to not go smoothly, and to sway

A home owner from Surrey, BC Canada says:
It looks like the white part has a section at the bottom which is broken off. Do you recognize what part this might be and how I would go about replacing it?

On another topic, your website looks amazing! We are going to use it as an example for our next site. So much good information, so well organized.

Thank you! I'm happy our website is so helpful. As for your part, see our 23-026, I think this may be what you're looking for. To replace it, you're going to have to remove the door and place it on a stable surface, like a table or a pair of saw horses. Then you can take a pair of pliers and work the old guide out; it should be just hooked in.
