Broken bracket to open and close window

To further review, do you need the full crank operator or only the bracket that the operator arm attaches to on the window sash. Unfortunately the window screen is blocking a clear view of the operator arm. Are we able to see additional pictures of the base and arm as well as how the arm attaches to the window? Thank you!

It appears that you are referring to the bracket on the hinge itself. Unfortunately this part is not sold separately. The full hinge will need to be replaced. We recommend reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. 

Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
