Broken cam for double hung vinyl window show

Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-175 but you'll need to remove one to confirm that width and thickness match the dimensions shown on our product page. Thank you!

How do I remove the broken cam? Would I have to remove the whole shoe?

You will need to remove the whole shoe when you replace it with the 15-175. Take a look at the video below of one of the more common ways to remove a pivot shoe from the window.
