Broken cams

I've attached pictures of the broken and good cams, and the part of the windows that fits into them. I can't find any writing on the windows or parts, or figure out how to remove the broken parts. They are spring loaded to help open the window, but when the window tilts out it rotates the cams causing them to lock in place. The broken ones are thus stuck in place.

Sure, we carry a ton of different pivot shoes. It's hard to tell what you have from your photos, but it looks similar to our 15-175. I recommend removing it from the window to confirm that the design and dimensions are the same.
